El suceso tuvo lugar en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles O&#8217;Higgins y Blas Parera, donde el impacto provoc\u00f3 que el ciclista cayera sobre el asfalto. Al llegar al lugar, los m\u00e9dicos brindaron los primeros auxilios al hombre accidentado, quien se encontraba tendido en la calzada.
